This set of guidelines relates to the VolPower project and the Advanced Leadership Training (ALT) for volunteers which forms part of the scheduled activities. The ALT is due to be held in month 16 of the project. The guidelines aim to set the theoretical context for the ALT, the aims of the ALT and suggest the sorts of activities that could be included in the ALT by the event organisers. It will also include a draft possible schedule for the ALT to follow.
